Greg Heller was born in England (Greg's dad was in the US Air Force during World War II) but lived in Bellevue, NE before moving to Lincoln in 1994.  Greg was always partial towards Lincoln, but completed the move to expand his flooring installation business.  He began building homes in 2008 after doing 20 years of flooring work and seeing that people needed a builder who cared, was honest, and was fair.  In 2009, Greg received recognition for his construction in the Lincoln Journal Star.  Overall his company has grown dramatically, increasing the volume of homes built from 1 in 2008 and 3 in 2009, to 13 total as of October 2011.  Philanthropically, Greg has been working with residents in the Philippines by organizing the AA program there and supporting the halfway house.  Furthermore, he has also worked to aid the Habitat for Humanity non-profit organization.

The home building team that Greg operates with is a team of guys who he says, “just try to do it right and help each other do a good job.”  Greg’s work is centered around the motto of quality work at fair pricing and being able to bring the Lincoln homeowner a home that caters to their wants and needs.  His high expectations do not stop at quality of the home, but extend to the construction of a great team that promotes cooperation.  Mainly, Greg specializes in single-family split-level and ranch home designs as it offers the consumer the best value for the cost of construction. Total, however, he has seven home designs, the 1543 square ft. split and 1365 sq. ft. ranch being the best sellers. His construction is mainly found in the Harrison Heights, Vintage Heights, Grand Terrace, North 40, and Waterford Estates subdivisions in Lincoln and within the average price range of $150,000-$240,000.

For Greg the process of buying a home does not stop at the purchase, which is why he is dedicated to ensuring his home buyers satisfaction by connecting back with them through calls or post-purchase meetings, and providing the one year warranty on the house.
